Unless I missed something, Dwarf route was completely removed many updates ago. No one ever voted for her route in Patreon polls so Dev nuked the route and even removed the one Red scene that was in the game

Queen can't allow incest in her court either. The Orc and Dark Elf don't share so the only harem possible is the family.
Only other way would be to completely retcon all the characters and story which won't happen.
Agreed, I also think it would lead to people asking for more interweaving paths, + these characters but not that character. Then Winterlook having to pay for more Art than wasn't originally intended.
I am pretty sure things are just gonna be nicely tied up, then if we are lucky removed content like Dabna is added back in.

Fuck, just went to play it and you're right. I dont keep up to date on this game, usually play it every 3-4 updates or so and never checked the route because I knew it was bottom of the list. That sucks.

From what I remember when it was first put to the vote she got barely any attention at all.
I don't know if the plan was to add her back in later but less people cared about that angle as time went on so I think Winter just decided to scrap it entirely.
Whether or not she will be added again at a later date i'm not sure but as it stands she was so unpopular I wouldn't be surprised if it's canned completely.
How to do the Succubus route? When I get to her in the castle I can only die by her or kill her.

Wouldn't really fit the story though, none of the girls are into sharing.
Family can sorta work around it but then again I don't think the aunt is into the sharing thing either, think it's only mother and daughter.
Drow and Orc's don't share, the Queen can't share and neither can Death.
The only character that could possibly mix with the family is Dabna and we don't know if her route is perma canned or not yet. Then again that's still only with the family and maybe, at a push, Ghorza depending on how it's done.
Sandy and Jenny could possibly work on Sandy's MB path.
I know there is the old "it's a porn game" mind set some people have and expect things to happen regardless of story and/or character design but the dev has stuck by his. HGe's almost finished with this so any routes against set story and characters would need a lot of rewriting and with him now working on shelter I can't see it happening nor is it mentioned anywhere to be something he's planning.
