"finished" lol, they got bored and just rushed an ending so they could move on the stellar dream, which from what I heard is basically just S.H.E.L.T.E.R again but this time "IN SPAAAAAACE" lol not shitting on him as this is the first time it's happened from what I can tell, I just hope they don't turn into another icstor and this was a 1 time deal because they felt post apocalyptic is an over used genre now, thanks to all the devs using it the last few years.

It goes from 0.34 and straight to 1.0 (Finished), and that's considered finished.

If that is the definition of a completed game, then the standards of gaming has dropped quite far indeed.

Side note:
There's a mod that supposedly adds content to the base game, though it actually being maintained, and continuing to add content is rather slim.

It's also because the sex scenes were drawn by someone different to the idle poses. And even then, I believe that they found a new sex scene artist during the game's mid development, the reason for this I'm not so sure.

Looking at the credits page on patreon. There are 5 different artists credited for this game (also 6 voice actors)
meanwhile SHELTER has 1 single artist (who is different from the 5 who worked on fate of irnia.

It's always the same mess. So often artists aren't under a long-term contract and switch around or management can't make up their minds what they want and it becomes a mess.
