You could just fire up the start of any of the bus molestation scenes if you wanted to see it, can't remember the scene names off the top of my head but they aren't hard to find if you just search bus or I think bus_sex in URM's scene search.

I'm pretty sure it was planned but never implemented. It is a bit like when you see the Police and Station chief before going into Haven, the police chief totally breaks the forth wall and starts talking about a plot line which is forthcoming, or at the end of the Sweet Girls quest line where it talks about an event at some posh house.
Some shops have issues with old saves in the dev builds. Start a new save or wait until I iron out the issues.

just wanted to know if you're aware of this issue or it's just on my end, the new color wheel/palette doesn't work, the color stays the same, but the old school classic colors at the top still work. I'm using old save from the latest stable build
