Sammy never starts out pregnant. But every NPC lives for 40 days before game start so can end up pregnant by the time Sammy gets out of hospital.
Have anal sex at least 5 times and have your anal count be double what your vaginal count is.
Yeah, considering so few people know of Sammy's existence while in the hospital, especially guys. 2? Excluding {Redacted}? And at that point 'Sammy' wasn't even Sammy yet. It wouldn't look very favorably if Sammy ended up pregnant while in a coma. It really wouldn't surprise me if there were security cameras in there either. Those 2 never seemed the type anyways. Can't say anything about Dr. Serious' home life(because I don't have a clue), but while at work: serious and professional.
I have found a missing image. When I wander around the stalls, sometimes a guy will speak to me and is trying to sell me some clothes. However, in the shop inventory it will say: Image_item_coat_2 not found. ;
Is there an anal or thigh gap option for the bus ride with robin? or is that option simply just exluded from virgin playthroughs.

Thigh gap is i think sticking it between the legs without penetrating, but i could be wrong.
I pretty sure thight gap is well just the gap between your thighs when you stand straight... You may have mixed up with thigh job?
Nah the original person did. They were talking about sex options and called it thigh gap, when they meant thigh job or Intercrural.

I tried this game on my PC and laptop, they are fine. But when i tried on my phone with basic joiplay or patreon joiplay, somehow this thing always occurs. Also, the Mac and android version still version 3.0.01. Will it get updated or nah?

on Patreon PC, Android and Mac versions are available. all the way up to the most recent 0.3.1.50. maybe consider subscribing.
Bus is mostly what the guy wants since Sammy doesn't really have the ability to communicate. But yes, with the Robin events there should be more autonomy.
The error is caused by using the experimental skin colour picker in the game. It was only added as a test feature and you will get crashes if you try to play the game properly with it. Revert your skin colour to one of the 5 presets.
