Anyway, putting babies into a porn game is a quick and guaranteed way to be shut down by Patreon, so it will never be part of the unmodded game in any meaningful way.
Even without the Patreon concern – or, for that matter, legal concern – of having underage persons in porn, from a practical standpoint it creates a hell of a lot of work. Babies grow. Fast. So you are looking at adding images for every growth stage, potentially all the way up to adult. I mean, I don't think many people have games that last 18+ ingame years, but stopping the growth anywhere before adult will look weird for anyone playing past that point. And that is one baby. Sammy can have many. Are they all going to look identical? If not, that is more work right there.
Then, with the images taken care of, it is time to start scripting interaction with the baby. Again, different ones for every growth stage. Oh, and interactions between siblings. Which obviously must be different depending on number of siblings and the age gaps between them. Near endless permutations right there, if doing it properly.
And if you don't do all that work? You are left with a mod that basically adds a line saying "you took the baby home", and then it is never mentioned again. Which would be pretty pointless.

Various random events keep stripping my character naked. Erasing the clothing presets too.

You just answered your own question:

That, my friend, is getting your clothes robbed, thus, being unable to recover it-losing them until you buy or find them again (the why of being "erased"). (ᵕ—ᴗ—)
It often usually happens, but there's also a chance of Sammy to not getting robed her clothes. It's RNG, I believe- =w=
I have the same problem and that's not it. The clothes aren't disappearing, the presets are. This is a known bug from old saves being ported. Events where Sammy changes to any preset leave her naked, often out in the open, making you search a wardrobe to dress her.
Work clothes seem to be partly safe, partly because upon loading an old save Sammy claims not owning the work clothes, so I had to buy another pair of the same work clothes for every job.
No, that's not what's happening.
Stuff like the dancing event (in the school) or one of the prostitution events in the school.
any scene that she gets changed or takes her clothes off for, she isn't putting them back on after, which is resetting the outfit preset to naked, for some reason.
I know the clothing isn't being stolen because I can just go to the wardrobe and reset it back to what I want.
The problem is that two actions later she'll be naked again.

You mean Sammy's? If you take the Broodmother origin at the beginning, she will go out of her way to get preggers, and encouraging everyone she sleeps with to cum inside her.
Yeah, depending on if you have the broodmother trait or not Sammy might WANT to keep the baby, but for IRL reasons discussed a few posts back and in game lore reasons she can't. In the story a plague killed most adults, and the remaining adults don't trust the teenagers / young adults to properly raise kids. So, any baby is taken at birth to be raised by professionals, who have also banned birth control and abortion (since the population is still very low).

Newest version definately feels like it has a memory leak or something. Totally slowing to a crawl every couple of minutes.
Oddly enough, saving and preparing to quit and relaunch the program seems to fix it. Not sure why.
I have never played on phone, so cannot comment. On PC, however, I have not once noticed any lag on any version of the game. So whatever it is, it is not universal. Which makes it tricky to pin down without a lot more detail to work on.
It's the same on PC. Game gets progressively laggier the longer you play especially if you start clicking through things quickly. Quitting and restarting helps so it definitely feels like some sort of memory leak or something, no idea how exactly the game is programmed but I've noticed definite performance issues. Not unplayable though
