4) During a visit to the hospital, Sammy reveals that she has been cheating on her wife with her secretary, and that her wife almost caught her once.

Well, the reward system for winning Haven isn't very clear. I thought gathering all the information and leaving quietly would be the best option. That would be logical. But it's not. Setting fire to a building with casualties should be the worst option, even worse than being enslaved in a brothel. But for some reason, I got the most—9000—for completing the game by accident the first time. Sammy discovered she was pregnant in Haven (inseminated before and dont tested), panicked, and somehow got past the "evil" guard, which led to a brief gangbang and a conversation with Big Al.
I'd assume the reward isn't for setting fire to the building, but for having the conversation with the boss and getting more info out of him. Never noticed that there are different reward levels before.

1) Beer and wine get stuck in Sammy's hands.
2) Dead bullies appear again in Academy.
3) Whoring on street without any reason turn into clearing in hotel.
4) During a visit to the hospital, Sammy reveals that she has been cheating on her wife with her secretary, and that her wife almost caught her once.
The fourth one is just Sammy being sarcastic to Tucker's utter incapability to make small talk and ask how she's been.

Well, I can tell you that for a very "clean" playthrough (meaning without a single sexual act), when Sammy collected all 10 pieces of intel and simply left, she received 6400 (approximately). And if she didn't just leave, but broke the pipes, went to the third floor, and personally spoke with Big Al (without meeting with security), the reward was 6800. It's a small difference. If she didn't collect any intel, but simply broke the pipes or set a neat fire without significant consequences, the reward would be around 5200. For arson with casualties, Sammy should have been sent to prison, but she was given a reward of about 4500.

too many bugs in last version.
If by "last version" you mean the 0.3.4.18 posted here, then yes, there are bugs. That is what you get when playing mid-development builds. If your priority is a bug-free experience, stick to the public version.

1) Yes, that is a graphical bug that has been reported approximately 3851 times.
2) Dead how? Not all deaths are instant.

3) Yes, that is a bug. Again one that the dev is aware of and quite possibly get fixed for next public.
4) As others have already point out, this is a PEBCAK "bug".

Some effects may be intended by the script, but they seem odd. For example, attempting to use wait sometimes results in unpredictable teleportations. Additionally, during a test run with the Gamene perk, attempting to get dressed immediately after a shower instantly reduced hygiene to zero.
Strange teleportations are most likely bugs. They can also be tricky to pin down. If you want them fixed, a proper and traceable bug report is the way to go. Weird fluctuations in hygiene and/or allure are most likely a display issue that fixes itself on the next screen.

Different payment is not tied to different solutions; It is tied to how long Sammy stays in Haven. As it may take weeks or even months, the Institute covers Sammy's rent while she is gone. The actual payment part of the payment comes on top of that. That being said, testing indicates that this system is not working flawlessly at the moment.

Yes, they were poisoned, but I thought the journal description already stated they were both dead. Besides, it's been a couple of weeks since Cassidy used poison.

By the way, I tried giving Cassidy pepper spray, but it probably didn't help. There was also a moment during Mira's rescue: Cassidy asks Sammy to go with her to the truck stop "after school," but it happens on Saturday, so you have to wait until Monday. It's not a bug, just a quirk of the algorithm, apparently, but it's noticeable.

And then there was the "time-travel miscarriage" - Sammy is pregnant on Thursday, confirmed by a pregnancy test, then Friday comes, everything goes as usual, but then after Friday, instead of Saturday, it's Thursday again, and the pregnancy isn't registered, despite the already noticeable bump. If you take a pregnancy test, the pregnancy will reappear, but it will be marked as a second pregnancy.
