1) Why would they tho? Lore wise abortions are prohibited in order to repopulate the world and the Institute will clearly be interested to see if the artificial can reproduce naturally. So there is no reason to do it.

2) Who knows where the babies go? I could see the Institute claiming some of them.

Sorry, I have a few more questions:
1) Sam refuses to model for the photographer. What should I do to convince her to have her picture taken?
In the post-Haven saved data with the bad ending, Sam has no problem having her picture taken.
In the pre-Haven saved data, where Sam is still a virgin, innocent, and pure, she refuses to have her picture taken, as if it were a sexual act.

2) How do I choose what outfit Sam should wear after an event/work?
For example, when she finishes work at the pub, Sam wears her dressy outfit (party preset) and not her casual outfit or school uniform.

3) How do I repair damaged magazines?

4) Are there any side quests? Jobs?I started Alison's (the girl who works as a mechanic) but I don't know what to do? Are there other quests?

Oops! I forgot that abortion is illegal in the game's lore.
However, given that Sam's body has unique abilities—changing appearance, healing wounds, and even restoring virginity (thanks to the Institute's technology)—I wondered if the Institute had any options for a pregnant Sam.
Abortion was one example. Another example, conversely, could be accelerating the pregnancy and bringing the baby's birth forward by months. (Now, let's leave aside the fact that it would be suspicious if a Sam went to school one day with a belly and returned the next with a model body. It's just an example.)
Another example could be the ability to choose the baby's sex (for a mission!? Again, just an example! Let's not get back to the topic of newborns).

I'm not sure about this one, she may need more confidence, or the exhibitionism perk, or just some sexual experience.

I think this is mainly dependent on the time.
Close to school time -> school uniform
During the day -> casual clothes
Evening -> party clothes

You cannot change that, AFAIK, but you can go back in the backroom and change again.
Might be able to prevent her dressing in party clothes if you don't have a valid clothing set selected for that category.

You don't. You can sell them to one of the scavengers though (I think the scrapyard girl once you sold enough stuff to her brother).

Sidequests, yes. You mostly find them by speaking with the various characters and befriending them. Sadly there's no indicator whether or not a character has more content.
AFAIK the only jobs at the moment are the waitress and cleaning at the motels. Prostitution, too.
The mechanic's quest isn't finished yet.

Mira has one (She goes missing one day, Cass is involved aswell) Hanging out with the Soccer boys leads to the gloryhole quest.
You can kill the bullies, or let Cass do it if she's the target.
Robin has 2 quests, one groping on the bus and one her being a slut.
Rachel has a exhibition quest.
The dancing group has also a "quest", but it stops after a few events (not finished)

Thats all coming from my head right now. There are properly more.

A few quick suggestions to improve and fix about the game, 1. You should put the perks, specifically the perk icons, in a scrollable box as if you have more than a certain number of perks the extras get cut off and you are unable to access them. 2. Additionally you should have a current effects page in the journal that lists all the current effects that are being applied to the player and what is applying those effects as well as the totals, for example if perk 1, 2, and 3 each add 20 base arousal to the player the effects screen will give the min and max arousal totals. 3. And I just remembered this you should also make the first info page of the journal also scrollable because as you play the game and get more perks and effects some of the info will be clipped off.

By taking/using the "Strange Pill" you find while scavenging at the Beach! ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧

Though you'll need to interact with it for a few times until Sammy usually takes it, so don't worry about not being able to use as soon as you find it~ (ᵕ—ᴗ—)
