You need to talk to Dani a bunch until Sammy thinks that she needs to get them the reconcile. Then you need to talk to Ana a while, with some Dani mixed in as well IIRC. It takes multiple times talking to each but eventually Ana will say she'll start going out on gigs again.

I gave it a try and tested out multiple weeks of attempts in a row, but seems like my Ana is locked to never do gigs unfortunately. She'll dance with the girls in school, but no matter how many times I engage in discussion with her and Dani again, it's just the same repeated conversations. They're already reconciled and Ana is just done with events. Unless I have a bug, idk. That's also just as possible.

I'll probably test out using the cheat to roll back the dance event and see if that works. One notable thing about Ana currently is that she has no solo times to talk and no longer has the gift menu option for me anymore. She's locked into only talking with Dani and it's limited in what the conversations say.

In the first party did you let Anabel to get fucked or not? After reading what you have written i guess you let her get fucked (or probably made her).

You also have to avoid landing on the same room as her which can be tricky too. I found that if Sammy spoke to her even once, she gets drunk and has sex, and nothing to do with Sammy specifically, like I never even saw the option to give her alcohol or lebo or not in most cases, it just happened without my input.

I've had the same issue, I had Dani go through the Bar storyline (didn't do bartending for awhile) and they got separated for a day or so. It seems rolling back the quest doesn't do anything

Landing on the same room don't matter in most case. What Sammy does to Anabel depends on her personality mostly. A party girl Sammy will always try to get Anabel fucked for example. In my last playthrough i had to pick a choice between get her loosen up/ don't care/ protect her.

If you have a personality that want to protect Anabel, you HAVE to talk Anabel so that Sammy can advice her to drink little sip or drink water to reduce her drunkeness.

To give Anabel alcohol is quite simple you need to have a personality that want her to get fucked and a bottle of wine in your hands. Then you just need to talk to Anabel and both will drink together. For Lebo/Joy it is the same principle than the wine except it is very random when you talk to Anabel.

The fact that you can't have Anabel alone in school is strange, after reconcile i always have some days when they aren't together....

Even more if you consider that she hate mens because of an attempted rape. It is not really said but you can guess that by her starting stats.

Her starting stats were 4 forced for my playthrough, so it's most likely completely random but very low

The only thing that seems to be constant in her starting stats is it appears to be forced.
