I'm also seeing this. Though I haven't had it let me chose a perk at all, so far and the dialogue keeps telling me the game is bugged if I ignore the error.
Hit F3 during the game to bring up the FPS counter in the top left, the last line should have 'Powersave' or 'Performance' - if it says powersave, click it and it will change to performance and your issues will probably be gone.

However, I did run into an issue that causes the game to crash to the menu screen. It happens when I accept the sex request after dancing in the park. Everything is fine till Sammy exits the public toilet, then it just sends me to the main menu. But there is no traceback or anything in the log file.

basically the girls train in the gyms after the end of school day. And week after weeks, they get events. That's the dance storyline
saw that but im more interested in how to acquire them manually like broken or bitch or some of the others.

Broken should be after "failing" the Haven quest and be used as cum dumb for months (remember to enable "Danger Days" in cheats)
Bitch is the collar thing: Scavenge in the park, you'll eventually find a "dog collar" Put it on and go back in the park, thus starting the Wolfgang quest, which will give you this perk as long as you wear the collar

First off, enable danger days, they you have to do bad stuff (I believe laying fire in a to obvious place should be enough) and not be able to defend yourself (drunk, not fit enough)
Then you get captured and abused by the haven guards (Can't guarantee it tho, the game sometimes is mysterious in it's way)

This fixes it somewhat... but only somewhat.
It looks like any time character doll needs to load an emotion or an effect like being drunk or horny, there is a stutter
Anyway, thanks. At least it's somewhat better now.
I like the game, but I wish the developers would add an option in the cheat menu that can turn off NPCs from randomly getting pregnant. Or is that part of the world's setting? I don't understand the "impregnante npc" option; I tried clicking it, but I couldn't tell any difference.
How to progress the dance storyline? I'm stuck at stage 14 and no matter how many times the MC goes dancing in the park with the team, the stage doesn't progress. Btw, I'm playing on an old save loaded from v3.4.10, so kindly clarify if that is affecting the gameplay. Thank you.
