So uh, just played 0.39 start to end-of-content, pretty thoroughly talking to everyone repeatedly, going around the map to see what everyone has to say at any given point in the game, checking for new gossip and such and, surprisingly, by the time I was done, I was still missing like 20 "stories" according to the gallery.
So I'm wondering, how does that all work? Is it random chance you bump into some or not? Should I have kept walking back and forth the "meeting place" outside the store to trigger more of those scenes without continuing the story? Is there a bunch of missable stuff that kinda depends on luck? Cause other than 1 new "post-game" scene with Maverick, nobody has anything new to say, and nobody is showing up at the meeting spot anymore.
