I just downloaded wise, don't know if that'll work for you but it's relatively easy to set up an account on there. Now i just use it as my main way to pay for subcribestar stuff. Haven't had a problem with it so far.

there are only 2. With branching pages, but in terms of ENDINGS endings there are only two rn

Thank you for this! I just tried the Wise option like you said, but unfortunately it still says my card is declined on Subscribestar, even if I make my address in Singapore. Subscribestar just hates me

It will depend on the chapter. Right now I am in the midst of the longest bad end I've done. Which has gotten way too long lol. It's a slow corruption descent with 2 branches for endings. Whereas Chapter 5 will be a simple dungeon dive and will not take as long. But just know the wait period is directly proportional to the amount of new content!

I've also just finally put Goblin's Pet up in a source code repository, may end up making it it open source soon like X-Change Life. I don't know if people would want to mod it in the same way, but the XCL Mod Loader would work 100% with Goblin's Pet since it's the same underlying engine deep down.
