Some of the interactions in this feel a bit unnatural to me I can't lie. Why would the daughter act this way when literally just meeting someone?

How about a simple look of surprise and a "I didn't know we were expecting guests." then followed by asking who he is. It's not like he's some intruder she stumbled across in the middle of the night, he's sat with your parents.
Also much or pretty much all of the sandbox feels unnecessary.

By 'lesbian path', a lot of people mean a dick free route. Being able to avoid any sexual scenes with males, avoid flirting with them and basically avoid the MC to think every single male is so hot and handsome. Like, you know, let the player choose the MCs partners/love interests. (Dont care if she has a husband, as long as any sexual interaction with him is optional)

Haven't played the game but look like there's a lot of emphasis on that dude in the banner, sooooo... That's why I'm asking.

Not only this one. First meeting with the neighbors, just after saying "hi" the lady is already begging for a job (and then the husband ask for it shortly after by sms). Elena hires her without talking with her husband, and the most ridiculous thing is that she will be staying at home during the week, while she's just some houses away.
I guess our little Luca will have many options, between the milf, the neighbor and obviously the spoiled daughter, whom will find her cliché obnoxious boyfriend not worth it.

can you tell us is this going to be a slowburn game, where we have to wait for years to see a sex scene which I dont support by the way, or will you atleast let us make naughty choices for the wife if we want her to be slutty or not, which i would support your game then. Also would love to see a scene where the new maid is riding soldier boy in their room st the same time wifey is having sex with her hubby and he falls asleep midway through and goes limp while shes trying to cum and has to listen to them banging in the next room and then you could give us choices

I think there's already a coding error - mc thinks about being spied on by the soldier boy, but in the scene before I choose the only one option available: for him to keep walking. I had to go back and unlock with other coices to spying option, just to see what she was talking about and get the exact same inner monologue from her. Surely he's not supposed to spy regardless of what's chosen.

Which version did you download it? It looks like it's the last image from the demo. The newest version begins just at this point.
Did you used an old save? Started from scratch?
