Blargh, that cliffhanger at the (current) end pretty much ensures i'll have to pick this up again to see the resolution, once it's complete. In the meantime, i want to complain ;/
The overall plot is decent enough, and past certain point it was the only thing that made me keep going, to see how it'd end. What i feel is a major weak point are the LIs; more specifically, the way every single one of them is pretty much nothing but some kink cranked up to 11.
* Susan: you either get NTR or have to go all in on the alpha male bullshit to block it (and then you get forced into "open relationship" anyway)
* Todd: breeding fetish
* Jack: ageplay
* Katie: dom/sub
* Nazarov: bimbofication
* Cade: body mods, am guessing? you have to be a selfish bitch to get on this one so am not very eager to try it
what's missing in this selection of, essentially, gimmicks? An option where --to quote the game itself-- "the gimmick is that there is no gimmick". A basic relationship of two equal adults whose sex lives aren't reduced to getting off on a single fetish. Because when *all* you can get as the trans girl MC are just various ways to be treated like a sex tool for kink... well, for a game which claims that "most of all it's a positive spin on the tried-and-true feminization trope", that's pretty goddamn depressing.
Katie's route is particularly vexing in this set, because unlike the other characters who show their preference/gimmick early, the whole dom/sub dynamic is pulled out of ass way late in the game (something the game even hangs a lampshade on) and if you don't agree to be a sub right there and then, it permanently blocks any sort of relationship with her without actually touching her "love meter". Potentially leading to a pretty dumb situation where you then have both characters spend weeks and months regularly flirting with each other at work, making out at every opportunity and going as far as occasionally having sex, but neither of them ever does anything to make things more official or even acknowledged, let alone something as outrageous as simple dating. Sigh.

Pretty sure zero chance for this, given most of PC's sexual encounters is with men, with associated imagery. A change like that would require modification of bulk of art assets.

Yes, but that's the point -- all these porn gifs/images would have to be replaced with trans equivalents, and that'd be lot of footage to find (while keeping consistency of character appearances etc) Which, as you note yourself, is a shitload of work. Secretary scenes in contrast are practically all text, so it's way, way easier to make this kind of change.
Also, am not sure if it'd make sense from game story standpoint, since it kind of makes a point out of MC's growing attraction to men, specifically.
