For the most part. There's possibility for MC to remain on more or less equal terms with Lexi, and i have no experience with Cade, but on other routes MC is very much expected to be a subservient pet and a device for whatever kink is associated with the route.

Is there way to play only one story line? i wanted to try different Susan story lines but things become too grindy. And if not there would be one future development idea to make separate short story lines from original story for replay options.

There's one overarching story with different branches for the love interests depending on who you pursue. If you start over you're starting everything over.

Unfortunately progress of each LI story is tied with the overall story progress (further stages depend on how advances MC's feminization is and such) so that's not easily doable.
