Just pick the obvious "I don't wanna get cucked/I'm no beta/I don't want my GF to get crazy for BBC" choices in regards to the two teachers.
To some extent, but MC's stupid/impressionable girlfriend always gets involved with her two teachers in the early game. With some choices you can just avoid her either dumping the protagonist altogether for her new beau or the MC becoming a permanent cuck.

Yes, there's option she "stays loyal" eventually if you push back enough, but e.g. she does participate in her teacher's setup that is supposed to "prove the MC is a beta cuck".

I really enjoyed playing this game <33 looking forward to future updates
I remember back in 2022 checking this page several times a day in hope for an update, it was a massive cliffhanger afterall so I didn't expect to wait longer than November or so 2022. Oh was I wrong.
