I remember their being a few routes, does anyone have the actual list? It was like, more natural appearance, and stay with the girlfriend (albeit in a somewhat open relationship), be loyal to the male friend and stop working at the club, take a more femboy approach with the bar chick, and going full bimbo for the mob boss. Do I have that right?

The point is that the routes you choose are distinct. No matter who you go with they are all distinctly different and even within the routes there is variance like you can go alpha or sub with Chad, work alongside Olivier or simply go along for the ride, become the ultimate bimbo for Nazarov or remain mostly yourself with Katie, not all roads lead to the same outcome like in so many others.
Also I've never had anyone dump me despite doing things outside their preference multiple times.

Guys, hint to the author that Subscribe has an idiotic age verification system. So it would be more useful to post the bugfix on other platforms.

I mean bottom surgery is optional at then end, you can keep the peen, It does change how certain love interests treat you on different routes.

Sure, but "there's five distinct flavors of being submissive" is a completely different argument from "you can be either submissive or dominant"

Then you simply didn't do things which actually make them dump you and appeased them enough with other choices for them to stay.

Todd will drop you if you don't go all fawning and apologetic when he discovers you've been working at the club. Or way sooner during the beach outing if you don't cling to him and guard him from interacting with other girls. Todd's dad will automatically drop you when his son does, too. Because his only interest in MC is stealing his son's girlfriend, no matter who she is.

Others have similar blockers which can end the relationship or even prevent it from really starting. Heck, Katie springs on you "oh btw i want you to be my sex pet" very much on eleventh hour and if you don't accept right there and then it stops relationship progress. So much for staying mostly yourself.

thats not true about the beach and todd (i only chated with him to advance but other than that i spent most of the time with the one i invited and he didnt dump me lol)

Todd's beach date outcome depends on how many points you score with him both during the date and a little earlier (picking swimsuit etc). You might've lucked enough with the interactions you had with him to get enough points to pass the check at the end. But generally if the "opponent" gets to hang out with him and you don't make a very good impression yourself he'll leave with her to fuck her at her place instead of waiting for MC.

(which is kind of hilarious given he's supposedly pined for MC for years. And then all it takes him to go for someone else is one outing)
