Got to the bottom surgery part and I got no choice in the matter what so ever, At no point had the game given me the option to consider what I wanted to do. So when the time came I was forced into the surgery option, is there any way to prevent that?

there was a convo with susan (i think it was her) where you have the option to say you want bottom surgery one day
after mc is sold i can't go any further blacking the girl at the gym because it says i broke up with susen but i chose " devote myself to susan and big black cock"

This option is specifically for cuck route, where MC is no longer Susan's boyfriend but well, a supportive cuck for the BBC cause.
You need at least 4 love points with Susan to have alternative option, which is "devote myself to Susan" only.
Although, admittedly, it's weird if the game prevents you from corrupting girls at gym for BBC over it. Might be some sort of a bug with requirements check.

So i have all the tattoos, the slutty underwear, the perfume and the ass surgery, but it's been like 10 weeks and the option to distract nazarov while katie does her thing doesn't show up, any idea why?
You can just download it from any mirror in the OP of this thread, it has that version now.

As mentioned earlier the dev plans to remove the "Cheat Room" because changing the stats of characters will probably break your save and there is less of a need for such.
That is why I made a quick, short "Cheat mod" that adds 1) Money, 2) A skip the day and time function, and 3) A function that lets the player change "Heterosexuality", "Homosexuality" and "Femininity".
I wll wait until a final bug free version is released before publishing the mod.
I didn't add more cheats because it would become to much but also to avoid game breaking ones.
