It depends on the personal feelings of the community and people that run the forum, at the time a game is posted or submitted. I've witnessed this many times coming here for years, and have come to the conclusion that anything and everything is allowed, yet not allowed at the same time depending on if one guy randomly has a problem with it and doesn't give it a pass, or decides to randomly enforce a rule that's only enforced sometimes when they need to feel a quick power trip (such is the case with most online communities).

In the anime 'Women at Work', which is based on this series, there was a female character hiding her sex from everyone. She thought the mc found her out, so she silenced him with a thorough blowjob. The basic gameplay loop is you select a set of girls (site A, B and C), select a girl and select a scene. Each day you can see two scenes but you can only select 1 set of girls per day. The scene menu shows up as a bunch of squares the number and variety of scenes differ depending on the girl. Generally though it separated into rows and each scene will be ranked something like I, II, III. The scenes in the same row are the same scene with text variations except for the bottom two rows.
The very bottom row has the endings - each girl will have a non pregnancy ending that you unlock by playing a certain number of scenes on her scene menu, then theres a pregnancy ending once you max out the bar on the right during the impregnation mini game, then theres a mini harem ending which contains multiple girls if they overlap and you've completed enough scenes for each girl. Then theres the full harem ending - I dont know the exact unlock requirements I got it in my first playthrough and didnt get it in my second and I'm not sure why not - I think this is the true ending since it goes longer and you get a scene with all the girls, but they also werent visibly pregnant so I may have missed an ending.
The second to last row are special scenes - once you knock up a girl you get her lactation scene, but I have absolutely no idea how to get the others.
As for losing the game - you dont really, all of the endings appear to be good endings but it will end prematurely if you knock up the brown/grey haired girl (bottom right of preview picture 2). You are also on a timer, I dont know if the A, B, and C site thing matters for the timer as far I can tell its just to lock you into a set of girls for the day.
Thats as much as I was able to figure out, sorry I dont have more info on the endings.
