I just saw which event you were refering to and I may know a solution to this problem.
The Emily-Event is only playable in chapter 1.
As you know the cheat menu, there is a option in "Change your choices" to switch to chapter 1.
You may do this more than once as the chapter is reset to chapter 2 on monday and also change the school rules in the cheat menu to get all scenes unlocked.

The save leads to the scene when Amy gets her "new" underwear which is before scene the shower! Got although the freeze from your save. Hm , can´t find neither the reason for this glitch nor how far you precisely got in the game. May be the the last save before Amy´s punishment is needed for me as better option to help, if you please could post your 13-2-1LT.save additional ?
Hm, I played the scene newly may be the fault belongs to the graphic at "yes Sir!" your save runs a later than this.

Harem Hotel has a good amount of training and maledom, it also has a great story (be prepared to cry though, if you play it more for the story and worldbuilding than the porn it can get fairly emotional)
I was thinking of Harem Hotel, too, but refrained from mentioning it for petty reasons. The training is (mostly) optional, there is no real overarching storyline, so somehow it feels different.
