Ren'Py - The Headmaster [v0.15.3.1 Public] [Altos and Herdone]

I love this game, the sex sounds do really suck, reminiscent of the old janky original 3dsexvilla sounds...like one file for all sex sounds probably titled "sexymoan.wav" ripped from a VHS tape in the late 80s and passed around America Online chatrooms for years before someone found it and put it in 3dsexvilla because they were too cheap to hire a single voice actor to moan a few times. The file is so damaged now no one can tell who the original girl who moaned was. Its sounds like snow on an old televiosion with rabbit ears looks. The dev may have even ripped the sound file directly from the original 1995 version of the game. But the music is good and everything else makes up for the terrible sounds. I love how each character has music based on their personalities. alot of storylines to follow and girls to persue. Excellent story and characters. 9/10 game.

I know the point is to be ridiculously hilarious but it's so over the top you can't help but roll your eyes half the time MC is spewing his perverted BS. It's also crazily uncomfortable knowing exactly what's going on from the start and how MC is cool with it regardless of your decisions.

Why can't we play as an MC that tries to fuck with the perverted owners and turn things around and convince teachers it's bad and get rid of the nasty/bad teachers? Ah yes, because we're forced to be a pervert ourselves!

It gets really boring quickly too, plot and lewd-wise. The first couple of spankings are cool and all but when you're doing it nearly every day and start using dildos and shit it's somehow still boring.

A hard pass on this game, even if you're into BDSM stuff because of the boring and ridiculous premise that tries to be convincing for some reason but even then falls flat. No idea how this game has such glowing ratings.

If correcting the behavior of school girls through spanking is your jam, download this game immediately. I didn't even realize I had this tendency until I played this game. Everything from writing to renders to animation is really top notch. It pains me to say that after awhile (probably v9-10) I realized that punishing, excuse me, correcting the girls was starting to lose the fapping effect, so I stopped playing (the main story was not enough to keep my attention). Usually, I would deduct a point or two for deleting a game before the current version's end, but this game is too good to not receive 5/5 stars.

Story is pretty good but late game it falls apart when MCs goal is to turn every girl into a lesbian thats where i lost interrest in the game, MC say he wants to encourge the bond between all the girls so they will be intimate with one another, so in other words game turns into a almost pure lesbian game and it also kills any reality feeling the game had since its not realistic that every stright girl would go lesbian, personaly i find it idiotic, making hole class hold hands next time hug so you can see where this is going.

Also it does get quite a bit boring in the long run since its rinse and repeat, wax off wax on...its just sooo much of the same, its fun enough the first 5 times you spank a girl but after 500 times well yeah....
And being forced to have Sally a BI teacher with you every single time you punish someone is annoying as fuck, its all to push more lesbian shit.

As for sex scenes forget it, there is barely any at all even after so many years of making the game.

It becomes very clear that MC never cared one bit about the students and its all about him brainwashing them into being sexdolls and lesbians and following anything hes bosses tells him since he has no backbone him self and only thinks about fucking eveyone which makes for a boring story where you just play a perv with the only goal of fucking all the moves its just meh.

Next thing is its very close to being kinetic and you really dont have any kind of choices when it comes to sex or anything else, following questlines will lead to MC fucking each and everyone, students, teachers, big and small tittet girls eveything, you never have an option to say no and thats where it gets mostly annoying to me personaly since i hate forced LIs, i managed to turn down one woman trixie if it will bite me in the ass later i dont know since questline said go talk to trixie to get a whore for a teacher, but there is no trixie to talk with in my play through which might become an issue.

Story fails when you dont follow the kinetic/expected route, Trixie shows up in the school hall talking to students, thing is shes not a teacher i never hired her and shes not on staff list...funny enough its the one time you have a choice that makes a diffrent and it fucks it up, so your either have to hire the bitch or give pictures to the perv teacher, i dont want either.

It also feels like its all about the lesbians or BI girls, the ones you constantly train or have any kind of content with is atleast BI, to me its just a little annoying, LIs like Amy, Sally, Debbie, is 3 main LIs all BI/Leabians, to make it even more idiotic MC gets 10+ girls kiss and pleasure one girl, and later hes goal is to make them all lesbians its idiotic so if you arent into lesbian stuff stay clear of this game, its more about girl/girls then anything else, supprised we dont have a female MC in this as well.

As for the animations they really are just about average, you kinda expect some kind of reaction from a girl being edged for an hour, but its very plain and motionless and no squrting so quite a bit meh..
Virgin scenes are the worst you will ever see, MC destroys hymen with dildos most worthless and pointless deflower scenes you will ever see.

Holy cow this game cracks me up so much. The absolute bs this headmaster pontificates on is hilarious. The fact he believes himself to be righteous makes him a perfect villain. I'm also impressed with the accuracy of the portrayal of Patricia's religious beliefs. I was raised Christian and she jives with my experiences growing up. I appreciate how instead of going all "religion bad" like many writers with differing beliefs do, here the MC makes it clear he doesn't object to her beliefs, but every girl has to pass those tests

The writing is very enjoyable. I rarely read everything when playing a porn game. Some games it's such drivel that I skip to the hot stuff, but not here. I not only read every line of dialog but also the journal and quest entries, and there's a lot. Well done. I know it's a lot of work

And the scenes are great, especially the big, climactic ones. OMG the demonstration scene with the two teachers from the other school. The way MC manipulates the girls to be punished is so satisfying. And then the moment when MC snaps his fingers and the music picks up had me cheering. Then later, during the first class spanking when MC starts giving his inspirational speech. I died, the music choice there was so sappy but just right. And the sex scenes aren't bad either

One thing i dont understand is in the game there is no slut girl in the school. If it would be a thrash written game i would be okay with this but in this game characters, events, names, the world all of them are geniously prepared. I kept passing this game up because I saw the banner image and thought it would be your typical spanking/BDSM game.

How wrong I was! This is definitely one of the best games on the site, and there is nothing so extreme here that would scare away a vanilla lover like me.

The premise is that you're the headmaster (principal, in American English) of an all-girls school to turn the girls into good students and upstanding citizens through your patented discipline methods and *ahem* unconventional techniques.

My favorite thing about the game is the extreme slow burn. The premise of punishing the characters allows for there to be lots of lewd scenarios, even if only a few of them have ended in actual sex. The scenes feel very natural and well integrated into the story, which is more character driven rather than plot driven.

Another thing I really like is the writing, and the humor in particular. The headmaster maintains this air of professionalism, despite the sexual nature of what he's doing, and it's all very cheeky and wink wink nudge nudge.

The visuals and animations are good, the sound design is excellent. I recommend turning the music down a bit in the settings so you can hear the sounds during the lewd scenes - they are some of the best in any H game. Both sounds and visuals are improved in later scenes.

Tons of content so far, and the developer is very active on Patreon - it almost seems like he has written as much text in the update posts as for the game itself. Highly recommend subscribing if you're interested, you also will get access to audience polls at one of the middle tiers.

To tell you the truth, I wasn't sold about this one after several hours. Something was off, but theeeen, after maybe 2-3 hours - oh boy - the pacing, the writing, the characters, the scenes (not all of them, but the fair amount is juicy AF) even music - almost everything is on a quite decent level.

So this should've been a four-star rating, BUT then the dev hits you with 1981 rendition of Gustav Holst "Jupiter, The Bringer of Jollity" by Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra...

and it's automatically 10/10, 100 points, five star!

Gameplay:
Harem Quest Sandbox
You have to manage a school, and do various actions through the days to raise stats (grades, discipline, etc.). You have many parallel quests (students, teachers) where you unlock events and slowly make every girl "yours" and faithful. The gameplay is balanced, more options becoming available as you progress the story.

Story:
The MC is a sociopath. It's pretty much hilarious how it becomes completely crazy with all the sadistic and molesting stuff, while everyone adjust to this. What I liked the most was the diversity of characters. Each teacher/student has a personality and a story behind, which you discover progressively. Big up for the writing. Lot of funny events also.

Graphics/Animation/Sound:
Graphics are at high level. And animations are top notch. I like the diversity of body/shapes. It goes from loli to full breast mature.
Also, choice of music is very good, for various events.

Overall impression:
I was pleasantly surprised with this game. While the setup is a bit disturbing (punishment and sadistic stuff), it's quite funny to follow the story even if you are not in this kind of kinks.
The last update (v14.3) was interesting, but more a VN episode inside the game. .

The Headmaster is a great game. It's a fantastic concept and fantastic execution! Great characters, fun plot, the 3D models look good. A lot of care and effort has been put into this game and it shows!

Well, i've been pleasantly surprised. At first sight, I wasn't excited, but reading so positive comments made me look into it.

Even though the visuals could be more polished, it makes up for it in great gameplay and story. The development is pretty nice, and even though the actual storyline ain't anything to write home about, there are some details that make the immersion quite enjoyable.

The lewd is well balanced and it actually feels rewarding, the mini game system to it is excellent. The stats that you need to improve for progressing are one of the finest aspects, even though they ain't too hard to balance, it feels really well. Choices don't actually matter that much, but that tends to be the case in these sort of games.


Honestly, I was just left craving for more. I hope the devs will embark on great projects after this

It's really damn polished with some surprisingly great character writing and an interesting story.
The UI could do with some work still, but it's already better than 90% Ren'Py games.
The renders are really consistent in quality, and the music is often really well chosen (though it is nothing spectacular, just Kevin MacLeod), which makes the whole thing way more immersive than it has any right to be.

Oh, and the porn is really good too.

One of the best games on this site. The pacing, writing, characters, and MC are all top notch. The visuals aren't anything special but models are visually distinct and satisfy a lot of different flavors (give us more of the chubby girl pls).

Most girls have unique sexual tastes and character flaws that are explored in depth through the story and punishment system. I found myself really liking the vast majority of characters by the end despite their flaws because those flaws make sense given their lived experiences. Character's personalities are varied and likable even for characters that don't have routes yet.

This is a game where the porn and the plot are beautifully blended rather than having a non sexual plot (or barely a plot at all) with interspersed sex scenes like most other games. I actually think this is the main thing that separates the good from the great as the very best games usually have this X factor.

The MC is a blast to play as as well, he's totally insane but so is the setting so it's easy to suspend your disbelief and enjoy the ride.

I can't remember any other game where you play not as a bad guy, but as a misguided delusional person, who generally belives in his own deprave methods, and the game is not shying away from addressing this. Especially loved the moment with the big choice for the headmaster where you rethink your ideals before a big confronation - again, a great character moment. If only the updates were a little more often...

I am one of the biggest fans of this game... At first, right from the beginning, I almost gave up. But what a mistake that would have been... It's been years since I felt such a strong connection to a video game, adult or not. I have reconciled with sandbox games that I had abandoned, but it's such a shame that several routes are closed, and the game is incomplete... Nevertheless, there are hours and days of gameplay, and every moment I played was incredibly enjoyable. Initially, what bothered me was the idea of causing harm, but... it's impressive how the MC justifies his actions. A true KIRA. It's very intelligent, well-written, and full of imagination. I believe the strongest point is precisely the storyline, the writing. It's very complex and deep; the story and dialogues can be read without ever feeling rushed. That's quite rare and worth noting, especially in this concept.

How can I say this without spoilers... what's impressive, for example, is how it starts with a simple idea: spanking, punishment. And it creates female characters, each one different, with a unique approach to punishment. It's like each girl is an RPG character with her own stats and fighting style, giving her a distinct personality. The psychology of the characters is much more developed than it seems, and it reflects in the dialogues.

The second strong point, yes, it's the girls. They are cute, and it's a shame that some routes are blocked, but for the open ones, it's perfection! They are endearing, and it's amazing how we consider them at the same time as the MC. The more time the MC spends with them (we'll get back to my favorite point), the more we become attached and fall in love with them. Despite the graphics not being top-notch, it's incredible how this game affected me when, at first glance, it may not seem outstanding. It's precisely the subtext and what lies behind the game that I found powerful. There are incredibly funny scenes, it's humorous, some parts are touching, and others are very exciting. In short, it's complete, and I'll have a hard time finding something better. The absolute best thing is the teasing. We don't get everything all at once in the relationship with the girls. There are stages, and we savor each one of them. The game is long; I spent a lot of time on it, and fortunately, because that's its charm: the immersion.

This is an absolute masterpiece! From the fantastic first scene that perfectly sets the tone, through the gradual increase in power and punishment, everything is just perfect. The plotlines move at a fine pace, and you're never stuck if you just read the descriptions given. 5/5!

I must admit, I did not expect to be particularly impressed by this game. But boy was I wrong. I was most impressed by the progression and growth you have with each student. Plus this game is weirdly smart. Each action or encounter with students feels calculated, thought out, and earned rather than just getting a mountain of pussy dumped on you all at once. And the game manages to do all of this without feeling padded or drawn out.

And what’s even weirder, is that I genuinely felt like the students were better off and growing as people because of the questionable acts of the headmaster. And it’s not just the students. You also help your fellow co-workers become more confident and ultimately better teachers. Which is good for the students.

Perhaps the most underrated feature had to be one of my favorites. The ability to approach a situation as either a “bad guy” or “good guy” but still get to perform some sweet domination! At one point in the game you get to have a moment of self-reflection and ask yourself, are you a good guy or a bad guy. I thought this tied in really nicely with the growth that the other characters were experiencing too.

Thanks for the game, it was a blast to experience.

One of the absolute best games here. Consistently good writing, humourous throughout, probably aimed more at the British audience but i'm sure people from elsewhere will appreciate the jokes. The latest update was focused on a character that I had little interest in (Maxine), but by the end of the update she became one of my faves, a sure sign of good writing. The amount of content here is breathtaking, download and give it a try, i'm pretty sure you won't regret it.
