I dont know how to feel about this game... on one hand I kinda like the idea for the baseline story and most of the characters are rather likeable. On the other, I cant find a single likeable trait about the MC; he's simply a perverted, narcissistic, "ends justify the means" guy who cares more about proving that he's right than the wellbeing of literally everyone around him. Maybe if he was more concerned about the humanity of the students than his own agenda then I could look past his shortcomings, but the problem is that there is not much, if anything, positive I can say about the MC.
Mm, it's actually up to you how much of a jerk the MC is. You don't have to make your maid wear an apron and spank her, you don't have to accept a blowjob from one of the candidates, you don't have to take naked pictures of a girl for the perverted teacher, and even if you choose to do so, the game asks you several times if you're sure and which method (a traumatic one or not) you'd like to use. Yeah, he's still a terrible person that manipulated students into sleeping with him in the past but at least the game doesn't try to pretend like it's okay (he get's fired, Ruth calls him out, he keeps seeing those dreams, and I feel like there will be consequences for your actions later on).
And after all, it is a porn game about a headmaster fucking students cuz "it's the right thing to do" - if the developers tried to make MC seem like a nice guy that'd just be terrible writing on their part ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Still, it's just annoying. I don't want to play simply because there's no justifiable course of action. I just want a game where I don't have to play as some worthless prick who gets lucky because plot. Is that too much to ask? Not saying there's anything wrong with liking this game but I'm just getting tired of all this in games.

Dude it's a corruption game to the core. If you wanna play a good guy I'm sure you'll find many better suited games...

Have I been playing an entirely different game? I haven't seen the MC getting lucky except for a time on a dream. IF he were a prick he'd abuse his power and do whatever the fucks he wants. He's probably self-deluded and actually thinks his method is fair and effective.

Anyways... It's all a matter of opinion, lol.

Could someone tell me which engine is used here to make this game?
Ren'py. The tags in the title of the thread (in this case [VN] and [Ren'py] give you info on what type of game and what engine. For example, a game tagged [RPGM] was made with the RPG Maker engine, so you know what to expect. The [VN] tag mean that this is a Visual Novel type game.

Thank you very much but i mean the pictures itself. Ren'py is the engine for the game itself but how did he make the pictures? Does someone know?
