Yeah the creator had to have medical procedures so they were out for a while. That is why this update has taken so long. They said they are hard at work and looking towards april-ish for next update. Just give it some more time. It isn't like the milfy city situation if that is what you are worried about!

I must confess, I never have played without cheats, but :

• I know for sure that there is right now no reward implemented for having high discipline, popularity or grades, especially there is no reward for getting grades on 100. This will surely come, but it is not implemented yet and more important:
• it was stated, that the ingame system brakes your progress as long, as you haven't all the girls leveled, which have a punishment system. This is is also not possible, as not all the punishment systems have been implemented yet.

Thus, I think, you may unfortunately have to wait for further updates to raise the stats.

Using the right balance of events it is quite easy to get discipline and grades to over 150 at least.

Yes certain mechanics aren't fully implemented yet but there is no max limit that I have hit yet in chapter 2 and this is playing without cheats
