I followed the guide and can't get it work, no idea what I'm missing
Make sure you have the latest version of the guide. There was a value change between ver 15 and 16 that changed the method. I know the guide has been updaed to 16.4 but I haven't checked to see if the updated method is in there. There is a method that works that I posted in this forum about two to three months ago which should be easily findable using the search function.

I don't know about lesbians, but the HM does make mention of it in the last section of Rachel's punishment/quest.
The students are in a mostly single gender environment that is becoming highly sexualized, it is not unreasonable to think they might engage in sapphic acts upon each other of their own accord. He points out that the girls aren't necessarily turning into lesbians but they are opening up to sexual acts upon their classmates.
As ccxvidonaferens said, there was a change to Rachel's punishment between version 0.15 and 0.16. Previously, it was possible to raise her to L10 without having sex with her. So the dev team made a change to make sure you needed to have sex with her.
I missed this change when I did the original 0.16 guide (oops!)
, but the new version (posted here) has the correct actions that you need to do.The requirements for passing the rule to spank the girls yourself have changed slightly. In order to pass the rule allowing you to spank the girls yourself, you need to:
- Raise Debbie to L5 and make her a prefect
- Earn 3 influence points from Sally (you do this when raising Debbie to L3 and L4)
- Raise Rachel to L3 and make her your assistant
- Complete Ruth's staff quest. This involves multiple actions, including visiting the spot where the old Headmaster died and then trying to blackmail Ruth. Ruth's staff quest "a troublesome inspector" and the main quest "if a headmaster falls in the woods" should give you hints about what to do.

Don't really know. I mean, I am not against expanding her content as such, but considering the length of the queue of girls lacking severely behind I would prefer distributing content more widely than on one of the most advanced girls.

Are you a complete computer newbie? It does not cost to edit PDF files, if you create them in Word or OpenOffice format, you can save them as PDF...... damn, you didn't even google it?
But is there really new content or not? Because it pretty much sounds like just repeating the patch notes of 16.1 and 16.3 (wich are exactly the same) and not the changes from 16.3 to 16.4.
I dont want to make the same mistake twice of downloading the whole game for just a few bug fixes
It's not a new version number (16), so there is no new content.
1 more discipline scene with Liz, 2 more events involving 'Celebrity Love Archipelago' and about four or five cafeteria events and thats about it. It is a small incremental update. For this title it's useful to remember the following rule of thumb. If the version number has gone up by a whole digit (ie from 0.15 to 0.16) than it is a major update with a reasonable amount of content. If the version number goes up by a decimal (ie 0.16.1 to 0.16.2) then it is primarily bugfixing with maybe one or two new additions that just weren't quite ready to make it into the main release.
