To add to the earlier comment about this being more of a dom game than a sex game (and everybody seems to have forgotten that we do have inserted our little headmaster into Amy already), I do think that we will get sex scenes with most, if not all, girls later on but here it also needs a build up storywise, after all, the headmaster is convinced (although less and less so) that he is doing it all for the girls' education and not only for his carnal desires, and tries to keep the staff convinced (school staff, not his staff) about that, too.
The massive video imbalance comes from the fact that (a) often multiple perspectives of the spanking scenes exist, and more that (b) multiple levels of backside reddening also add to that.

oooooh fuck yes! New update for one of my favorite VN's of all-time. Sooooooo hype. I was looking forward to this more than any triple-A game release. Thank you for gracing us with more of this absolutely fantastic game.
Just gonna clarify... This is a GAME, not a VN. Not just a game, a SANDBOX game. Why am I stating that as such? Well that's because people will eventually start whining about having to actually do things to progress the story if they think it's a VN. Not saying you will, just pointing it out to head off complaints caused by someone claiming it as a VN.

it amuses me how some people complain about this game because after such a long time(version 12.0), they have not yet understood that this is not a game about brainless fucking everything that moves only a logical and REALISTIC story, it is of course an erotic game but in general people behave in it like normal people and not fucking monkeys, so before complaining you will think whether the headmaster is fucking his students, and in the history it is explained why the headmaster uses such methods of discipline and not other (and the fact that he enjoys it is another matter xD)
I hope our compression heroes are working their magic…

As I think everyone knows, 0.12Beta is due to be released tomorrow. However, Altos has provided a quick update on Discord:
Just so everyone is aware I'm going to be working down to the wire on Friday, so it could be quite late in the evening when the update drops.
Based on previous releases, that suggests that it's probably going to be around 3-5pm EST / 8-10pm UST when the beta is released. (Of course, that's just my personal guestimate.) And even when it is released, it might take another day or two before the update is posted in this forum.
So, while we wait, I though I'd drop a final set of preview pictures. Here's Priti getting punished. Enjoy!

I seem to have a bug as well. I can't do the level 4 priti although the headmaster said so. She needs to be level 5 but is on 4.
Hello all, I'm a bit stuck right now, and I'm not sure if I'm just dumb or if I've experienced a bug/content that is still in development. I was playing through 11.1 when the new release happened, so I downloaded it and upgraded to continue. My last save in 11.1 from which I've continued in 12.1, I took Samantha out for dinner, encountered the cook, finished the cafeteria, and hired the cook as kitchen manager, BUT I haven't visited the cafeteria yet. As Part of Priti's story, I'm required to stop by the cafeteria and request chocolate cake, but every time I visit, I get the following dialogue in these two screenshots I've provided, in this order as well. After viewing this dialogue, I'm kicked back out into the campus screen.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

This is a spanking simulator at its core. The amount of girls this type of game has is irrelevant.
The story is buried behind endless and mindless grinding blah. There is a lot of grind, because there is a serious lack of content, because its a spanking simulator. Which brings into question the number of school girls. You could have hundreds of school girls, if their only sole purpose and inclusion is to spanked. The only thing the Dev would have to do is create the renders for the different school girls which is carbon copy of previous school girls, except of course a different model. Each update all he has to do is render new girls, and he can spread those updates over a relatively large period of time. There is nothing ambitious about this process. I take from your comment, when you refer to ambitious, your talking about the number of girls, which could be any number if he wanted to drag it on. Your answer already lies in the amount of girls in this game meaning it is kind of self evident there will never be content for them, because there is no need it.
I have no idea if you have played Harem Kingdoms or not but that is a really good ambitious game. The animations are smooth, and lots of them, the renders looks fantastic and the girls are far cuter than they are here since they are not honey models. What I am saying is, while Harem Kingdoms is predominantly a sandbox type game, it features an amazing story line, where the main character has to interact with various people and get his stats up with them, the story is executed and flows beautifully unlike a regular sandbox which simply doesn't. non of the characters are dis likable in any way.
There are elements in that game, that have NOT been done before and you know what? They actually work perfectly. This is what I call ambitious. There is likely to be a lot more girls included and there are side women who cant be impregnated by the MC, but he can still have fun with them using his powers. Side girls are added in an incredibly efficient and meaningful way through story plots involving different women. It is absolutely refreshing. However this game, has nothing, i mean content wise. It plays like, how many times can you bang your head against the corner of a wall before you knock yourself out or worse
There is a story in Headmaster, but because its so obscured by bad design, it is largely redundant (and if you have to go through so much endless grind punishing the school girls to get back to the main story, then it had already massively failed). I have tried to play this game until I realized nothing changes at all, from update to update, a few fixes here and there and such, but its just a glorified spanking simulator, which is perfectly fine if that is the kind of thing you enjoy and everyon else enjoys, I am not knocking anyone for their kinks each to their own no problem at all.
