I haven't play this much, but looking at the Steam discussions flower and tentacle monsters should have h attacks. And she needs to have lost her virginity. The first R-18 patch was apparently bugged though, and this publishers games are usually a real mess.

Only the 2 newest games (oni blade of meritocracy and ideology in friction) have these. (dark elf don't have it too for exemple)

Have you tried fully reinstalling the game? I don't have this issue my self. If you want I can upload my copy of the game? I haven't had any issues and managed to finish the game.
