ive been saying this for a while and i will keep on saying this when i see a game like this. dont do ai, face swap or just celebritys porn in general. it will get you sued and rightly so

especially now after that whole atolie scandal that prity much just recked the deepfake porn sites

Be careful with this, there was just a big streamer scandal about a deepfake website, the people involved seemed really hurt. I know this is a pirate website but this may not be ok

deepfake sites ARE pirate sites. deepfakes in general is usually pireted meterial

it dosnt matter what platform your on just the amount of eyes that see it. if this game gets popular hes fucked.

just look at become alpha for instance hes constently getting taken down for similar stuff and he dosnt even do deepfakes but memes. memes are nothing compared to deepfake and other ai or edited pictures. hes just strataling the line, that shits straight up breaking it

I released this game at the same time the controversy over deepfakes sparked, and that was just my luck, lol. However, all the fakes will stay (I have the permission of the creators, and some were created by me).

If I receive any email or DMCA notice or the laws of deepfakes change, well, I'm doomed, and ya, that's all. I will just delete the game, lol.

And you might wanna rethink the deepfakes.... Disney don't like when you use their material or names without permission. Lots of great cosplayers outthere to fill in the hero spots.

Its not about permission from the creators, its about consent from the people being edited in. And no celeb is gonna consent to her face being digitally and realistically meshed onto some pornstars body with a similar build.

I've research this quite bit. You have to declare its deep fake in the game, fictional, and parody. You can also meld two peoples likeness into one, so it's not the complete person's likeness, so you can skirt some laws. If you live overseas, third world country... a majority of legal laws wont apply to you. If you want to continue producing deepfake, release it on multiple patron-like platforms.

Same for me and it seems like you quite clearly dont remember what happened with revenge porn. Across the bord banned and illegal. Deepfake porn seems to be going to same route. It wont matter. The sites were just host but they got hit hard. Hell the deepfake host for the atoli situation already shut down his site and is still getting suid, a suit he will lose.

ai in general be it fakes, edits, or even art are in a big shit right now. The whole platform is changing because the tech revolutionized things we used to never be able to do at this level, plus the speed in wich it can be done.

The how to read text intro seems a bit meh for a super hero game. Like text effects from CSS could stylize the text to make it look cool and easier to define/notice that it is different. You can have text bold/italic/small/large/many colors/moving/etc.

On the note an "okay" button instead of just the closing X would be good.

Game could really use settings, to allow player to change the size of the font and the font type.

I would say to look at apocalyptic world on adding video audio settings across all videos, and college daze on how to add easy buttons to pick options. like number keys / num pad / choose your own keys.

Maybe add the ability to click an image to expand it so you can see things larger, like the newspapers if people want to read them.

Sometimes when flipping the image a scroll bar won't appear, but closing and opening it again fixes it.

Issue with the story, is that once you hit the story twist, then no matter what is said by any character can never be trusted, and also there is no way of knowing if you leave it. It has the same issues as "it was all a dream" when everything feels like reality, then you can't tell if you are or aren't in reality, and everything that happens if just as likely to be a dream or in this case to be part of the simulation, the whole kwen part is just as likely to be the society, or kwen, or aliens, etc.

I’m already working on couple of fixes and stuff. Your feedback really helps to improve the game.

And about the story part… I don’t know what to say but maybe that’s the twist? Do you trust yourself? Is Kwen even real? Are you real? What’s is real? Chapter 2 has some of the answers at the moment.

very good 0.1 version very interesting story and some puzzle/minigame so it doesn't have to be all sex I am glad that they are deepfakes so it offers something different from others and I think that as long as it is made clear that they are not real images I do not think there is any problem (I don't know about the laws but I suppose that the problem with DFs will be using someone's face to blackmail her or humiliate her or something like that) and also good chosen scenes I will look forward to the next version good job I hope that the game allows us to have 2 routes, let's say the hero's and the villain's, although seeing the story it is difficult which side is the good one Xd and I suppose they have already told you but when you take an object (or photo) I think that the typical ok button is more intuitive when you finish examining it than pressing the x in the corner removing this I have not found any errors or problems
Let's hope that in future versions you add a combat or decision system and I wouldn't mind a harem of slave superheroines under your control Xd



And regarding the deepfakes, I suppose that as long as you make it clear before the game that it is fiction that they are not real images that you do not benefit from them, change the names of the heroines if necessary etc etc there should be no problems

Hello.

The samples and summary made me come. And it's correct for a first release.

The worldbuilding is limited but fitting.
The characters are few, different and could be introduced better.
The plot is intriguing.
The photos/gifs are well chosen.

Developing powers and joining an organization seems to be a trend lately. The twist is nice but also strange (how is it possible with so many controls at all levels). I'm wondering now how everything will work together.
The humor was nice (particularly when we want to wait on the bench).

Also, what's the difference between parody and deepfake? I'm just wondering why it could be more problematic.
In Japan, they have many doujinshis of existing characters with adult content that I don't understand where the problem could be.
