yo im downloading the latest version, the link thats posted at the beggining of this discussion
when i try executing the game, it tells me it can't find the data folder, could anyone help?


i really do not know what the problem is
If i go and search for "Game.dat" in the Eng kristo folder its not there

Are you running your computer in american english?
What is the filepath to the game, it shouldn't be in any of your windows default folders on C, so no downloads folder allowed or documents.

yeah its in english
I figured someone else would've had the same trouble as me so i searched in this thread and found the solution on just moving the whole folder to the desktop, so you were essentially right i think

Same issue listed above, you need to extract and launch the game in the same place. Do not move you installation or you will have this issue

Either move back your files or extract the game once more at the right place

Loved 'The Imperial Gatekeeper' when I played it a while back, always disappointed there weren't more like it.

So I tried to recreate and expand on it using AI:

To be totally upfront, it's very limited - I could really only recreate the essence of the game (setting, concept, etc.)

I tried to add more (e.g. gold, reputation, rank-ups, ability to set preferences, etc.) but right now the publicly available AI is just too dumb. It forgot 80-90% of what it was supposed to do, every time, and the only way I could make it stable and consistent was pulling it back to bare essentials.

If you like the core concept of gatekeeper though, you may enjoy it.

I continued playing with this and had an experiment. For anyone else I would recommend not trying to have multiple 'player characters' it is working okay but it seems to struggle with remembering stuff like PCA told NPC1 to ask PCB about a topic and not NPC1 told PCA to ask PCB.

Remove all precedent iteration of the game before doing a new install. Also try the procrastinatus patch content

yup, you can mod it yourself by picking the uncensored verison and manually moving the png files to the new version, it's very time consuming however.

MC during the war was by hiself.
now he has people under his command and he has to care for them as well, not to mention dick them down

i believe he means the part where the supervisor chews you out for letting one of your members act like a traitor post fort in a very elaborate falseflag, you can fingerblast him though later on, real funny.

Generally not my cup of tea, but for the sake of trying to help, it looks like in the version offered in the OP (first link), all of the male uncensors are there and functional except for Karl, for some strange reason. Still uses a mosaic.
