My friend, you have mixed Mods, mixed games or both. The file mentioned in the error does not exist in TIF.
I recommend that you delete the folder where you have TIF installed and do a clean installation of both the game and the Mod.

I did what you suggested and still had a message pop up. I deleted everything and made fresh downloads of the game and mod. I extracted the game, extracted the mod file into the game folder, same result. I then tried to extract the mod file into a separate folder and just drag the mod files into the game folder and even that didn't work. I replaced the files when asked. I can load up the game just fine before I try and put the mod files in. I'm genuinely confused on to whats happening. This hasn't ever happened to me even before this last update.
Edit: I just tried the same method except this time I didn't replace the files when asked and it's still messing up.
Edit #2: so apparently it made an extra copy of the game folder. that's why it wasn't working. The game loaded this time.
Edit #3: turns out that wasn't the fix? I couldn't see the gallery at all and went through the game skipping everything and no choice was green at all? WHAT IS HAPPENING LOL

I was surprised, this was actually a longer update than normal, but this mod helped here too. Actually had choices this time too. Anyways, thank you for doing this one as well!!!

Then try this edited gallery mod. Works perfectly with the v0.11.0 version of the game, but it still needs the mod made by MurrayMods, I've just modified a little bit.
Changes on the first page:
- replaced thumbnail pictures for the scene 1, scene 2 and scene 3
- modified scene 6 with new thumbnail
- extended scene 7
- changed scene 9 with new thumbnail
Changes on the fifth page:
- extended scene 43 from the first scene to the beginning of flashback scenes
- added scene 44 from the end of the flashback scenes to the going back the house
- added scene 45 Katie's sex scene
Global gallery changes:
- added two plus page (6, 7) for future scenes in the Gallery
Ingame GUI changes:
- reduced the size of normal dialogue text from 33 pixel to 28 pixel
- reduced the size of character names from 45 pixel to 35 pixel
*Note: if you prefer the bigger text, and name size, don't overwrite the gui.rpy with the one I modified.

You can play with the 0.11.4 version right now. It doesn't contain any choice option, or any lewd/sex scene.

MurrayMods I'm getting an error that only appears when installing the mod, also that error appears in every new dialogue when I ignore, I verified and those errors won't appear unmodded:

I'm using the compressed version of the latest update and the just earlier updated mod, seems some kind of conflict with the English translation folder, I tried to move that folder but then occurs other errors (and some other parts appear in Cyrillic alphabet anyway lol) so no point in trial error by my part I guess by just moving out some file in that translation folder.
Edit: No idea why also the traceback says my OS is W10 when I'm using W11 but nvm that haha
I had made a save on start of chapter 12 prior to the mod being updated and strangely enough those errors won't appear in the modded game during chapter 12. Gonna check if those conflicts only appear in saves from chapter 11.
OK I pushed the game from a chapter 10 save and runs fine, then I skipped dialogue and it runs fine thru chapter 11 but just after a scene on the beach with Alice (must be around the middle of the chapter) and when the scene ends it just goes to the "end version screen". So when I use the 2 saves (on choices) I have still during chapter 11 after that beach scene is when gives conflict with the translation folder and that ast.py file. But if I run a save during chapter 12 runs fine like I mentioned before. But if I run that chapter 12 save and rollback back to chapter 11 it also ends the version/game, doesn't go into the chapter 12 anymore hehe.

Yeah just mentioned so the modder was aware that maybe maybe that could be an issue hehe
I made other "tests" with saves and wrote those edited in my previous post, I'm almost sure it is some problem with the chapter 11 file of the mod, even though I barely understand anything about code and python lol was just trial error to maybe filter what may be wrong.

I found the error. I'll re-upload the corrected Mod in a couple of minutes.
Done. But I found a similar error with one of my saves. If PixelsLab Dev continues TIF I will surely have to redo the Mod completely. It is one of my first Mods and the work is sloppy at best and that's being generous with myself.

Do I need to extract the game again from the zip file and then apply the mod again? I tried overwriting the current game where the issue occured but it doesn't change anything when loading the latest few saves
I must have downloaded it just before your fix as I get the "It acts like it's still v10.6 and ends when Alice asks for a swimsuit, but has the new scene with Katie in the gallery" bug.
I'll re-download it and try again.
