I hope you’ve started the year productively and have already begun working on your New Year’s resolutions. I’m really trying myself! I work on renewal every day, even though it doesn’t always come easily.

I could go on and on about how expensive it is to make these games. Almost no one understands who has not been involved themselves.
That is also why many games are abandoned.
Daz is in the US. Everything is expensive there, so the assets cost a lot for anything made in Daz. Assets are constantly needed to make any game in Daz. Even when pirated, someone had to buy the assets originally and they usually pass on that cost.
That is a mere fraction of the other problems. You still have to code (time and money), and translate (possibly money) and then proofread and debug (usually free). But the list can go on.
The cost of everything goes up every day and with censorship, the income money has been going down. It also takes a LOT of time to make a game. This game is easily worth $24, but in many countries, that is a shitload of money. I get that. I don't make shit and I live in a very expensive place. $24 is a lot for me also... if I want to eat.

I'm curious, are love interests forced on the MC? I noticed a lot of comments about different LIs and wanted to confirm the player has any real agency in regards to the LIs or the story in general.

Kind of/sort of/depends on your pov.
The ones on the island, you do have agency yes, though one inparticular is pivotal to the story so she will always be involved in the story directly with you, you can turn her down her advances though.
There are some from your past shown in flashbacks and one of those does turn up in the present day story (kinda) so for her the answer would be a yes. You have history, were together before you left for the island.
Edit: Also might be wise to point out that other than the one from your past...none of them are really what you would call LI's...two really are just women you cvan have fun with, I don't really see them myself as actual 'love interests' if that make sense.

She's not 12...and she the size she is for 'reasons'....she goes back to her normal usual size later in the story. (large plot point).Cool, checking out the first bit now.
