So i downloaded the game and when I open it up it says failed to load extension from and "Manifest is not valid JSON. Cant read file"
Also in the folder there is only like 4 files idk its a bit weird the game.exe and the pdfs

Same here. I had to restart (fortunately I had a save from a bit before). It only seems to happen if you enter the side office, though.

Nothing really "big" right now, its still a 0.2b though but I still wanted to give my opinion on this just 'cause I really like this project
I kinda hate the fact that during a scene I have to see "WIP" but overall I really have high hopes for this games I loved the aunt quests, not really in love with the cousin design but still hyped about her

Try right-clicking on it, then selecting "Save Link As...".
From there change the file type/extension to .7z and save the file, you should be able to open the archive after the download finishes and extract the saves.
