It's just an ending for them. The MC is the MC for a reason and there should at least be a follow up or ending to his situation after each. We're seeing it mostly from his side of things in the aftermath and as a result we need to be able to understand "oh hey so that's how he turned out". Again I stress the difference between this game and other NTR games if I wanted just a stupid mindless fap fest with no content no story no development where "oh hey big dick corruption and steal the waifu" then there's millions. But this game has legit storyline and as such should have a legit ending for each of the characters. It just makes sense. When you make a game or at least in this instance a hentai game with the intent for story and development and character progression you should follow through, I expect that no try studios will indeed follow through they're quite good at the game so far. But hey if you're into games that are like the mindless no content just the porn scenes and be as debauchery as possible with no actual development outside of corruption progression where there is no actual cinematic type concept, go find the billion or so BBC on White mom/White Girlfriend content that lurks around here and dies or gets abandoned. There's a reason most get abandoned because it's not well developed.

In contrast, I'm planning Kendo Ending 2 to be more about Kendo and Satoshi's perception of him. And Ending 3... well, that'll be the more complete ending for all of them.

How do you get the end of Arato? I have 16/16 in corruption but I don't know what to do
