OK, after I played both the Japanese and English version, I can say that the english ver. has erased the final scene where the kitsune and tanuki have multiple children with the protagonist. They also remove the school uniform cosplay. (The scene that instead of wearing uniform, the kitsune and tanuki are naked).

I have the game and the scenes you say are fine, both have uniforms. The last one I don't know, I haven't finished reading the game, but if you have installed the fakku patch, the same thing happened with Saint Yariman, they removed two scenes from the gal because she had a school uniform, if you install the patch that is on the fakku website you can play the game without any type of censorship

i know this is a bit too late, i am having the same issue. the problem occur because i turn off one drive document sync, since the save data is in one drive.
for some reason the game decide to save the file in document.
i just delete the save folder and the game works normally again. (win11)
Any info on how to stop this in terms of that save location issue?

sorry i can't help with the save location i don't really know. i just randomly found orcsoft folder in document folder. then i decide to delete it and the game works again, maybe the game create a new save folder from the scratch.Any info on how to stop this in terms of that save location issue?
