As Fulminato has said, while the waiting time has somewhat increased the amount and the quality of content have increased as well. TLS is free, as well. No need to complain. We have a great storyteller working her ass off to keep the content flow and quality as high as possible.

Also, let's be fair- most of the work on TLS is making sure a million switches and variables are working as intended. And that's when the game is being made in RPGMaker- I wasn't sold on TLS based on how simple it seemed when I first played the game, but can you imagine trying to make something of this scale in, say, Unreal Engine? We'd have Star Citizen fans looking at us, shaking their heads in solemn, honest pity. "There but for Heaven's grace go I," they'll say, a single tear rolling down each of their cheeks.
I agree, this story is better served by a simple 2D interface, and i'll be happy with just non sexual illustrated scenes.
Also it's easy to forget because in game we control one sprite but... near the middle of the game simon walk with a 14/15 large group of women, and with the last update they are near 20... imagine the nightmare to make it work in a real 3D game xD
I think when releases take longer than 1 month it is because of a side project we see later, like Ouroboros. On her Patreon I see a lot of locked posts so I think she is reporting on her progress every week. Whatever it is, the patrons seem happy. Maybe you aren't happy, but some people will never be happy until the day it becomes possible to drip happy chemicals directly into their brain with a tube.
I think on one forum (dead now) I saw someone had hacked the game and had all the harem following behind Simon in a line, even the noncombat girls like Megail. It looked very silly.
How can she milk if she post a public version 1 week after the private version,Mr Dick?

That's good. I understand your hype, all of us are hyped as well. Just try to be patient. There is no need to be salty(?). Once the update is out we will all enjoy it and this will be nothing but history.

Seriously, it's only a week- unless you're dying of super-Coronebola or the Gestapo is tromping around on the floor below your attic hideout, you can afford to wait. Also, the week between Patreon and public releases is also when the new update's bugfinding/fixing takes place, so you also get a better product besides. Just use the week to catch up on manga, finish a new videogame, fap to something else, learn a new skill, shitpost on the internet.
