final update well that depends if you mean final as in story and epilogue done maybe about 10 more updates, I would say 20 at most and this is giving like two updates per each section after the final open world could be more or less depending on how much is per 10 is each update is two content bits then one per section

Hi. How do you recruit Ralph, the hero guy that does board requests? In the guide it said something about finding him in gasm fall after council of gawnfall but he is not there.

You cannot recruit him and it's a pity because the interactions between him and Ralke.
So is this a bug then? Because I know Simon did talk about recruiting him to their ranks.

I wouldn't consider it a bug as our orange-haired hero answered him that he doesn't want to work for Doom King (iirc).
Just because Simon spoke of wanting to do something, doesn't mean it's possible to do something.

I see. So the fact that after Gawnfall Ralph is not yet in gasm falls is ok? He will be at some point or do I have to do something extra which I missed?
