I'll never understand this ... if you just want pics to look at for fapping ... there is plenty available that is not a game so why bother with dl a game and then ask for save?

The game has an input bug for me: "a" and "w" register as always pressed even when not pressed. (always move to upper left corner)

You have to hide but you need max agility. Go to the gym and max out your agility.

Basically the dev fixed the final game over, adding a small scene, but its still incomplete.
Another person answered already, but you have to hide. You need max agility at 15 though for it to work. Quickest way to level up agility is at the Temple with the asian guy (forget his name). You can go to the gym and do the punching bag as well, but you get less agility points per fatigue than at the temple.
