So as usual, stuck somewhere, and it's getting the girl to show up for the Clown Costume.
Everything up to that point is fairly accurate (found a couple of places where I think there are counts on certain events), and from the Cartel on is fairly covered from when I started, just need to work out the in between.
If it helps anyone starting out, here is what I have so far.

Anyone know if there is a count of how many times you follow the clown? I've done the hide and follow to see him piss on the garbage cans then go into the cafe, and the follow where I lose him, but haven't hit the female clown for the outfit yet. A lot of the actions seem to have backend counters, not sure if this one does or not.

You're welcome, glad it helped. Will check out your cheat and see if it will get me past the clown costume quest that is blocking me. Not sure what is going on with it, never had a problem with it before.

Is it only me or this version are bugged? bcs i'm stuck in phone to do list screen and when i close it it's always pop ups back

Once you realize how best to make money, it's really easy to upgrade equipment.
Big report: During the final strip scene, if the player selects the option that results in rolls of cash in various orifices, the screen freezes in a loop.

The butt/ass one? Seen that.
Only good thing about the game is the autosaving, close it and then you should reopen to just before the job and don't select it again.

Anyone have a save from when you obtain the clown costume but before going to circus?
I'm still soft locked somehow and would like to finish the walkthrough but need that step cleared to finish it.

Let the thief kick the FMC ass, lose the battle, is part of the plot - in other words, you can't beat the thief no matter what.
