I need to stop the bikers 8 times, but my map only shows exclamation points, i can't find a single biker to deal with, what can i do?

You have to grind Night Raids, they won't all appear in one night (unless you are lucky).
Everything about this game is grind in one form or another.

Is there a pattern or something? I've been searching for about four hours and haven't seen these damn bikers in the raids.
The bikers will show up as an own icon on the map during the Night Raid. Its coloured differently. Dont miss out on them.

Just the grind. Took me a few days of Night Raids.
Save often at key points so you can go back if you get stuck, and it helps to do the other items (raise skills, buy equipment) before doing the Fame leveling.
