Depends on where you are stuck, the instructions are pretty simple and it's not that complex, only blocking issue that comes up is the game can be buggy and lock you out of continuing. Usually stepping back a save or two gets you going again.

I played it again and found that the task of taking a shower could not be completed by taking a shower. After exiting the game and re-entering, the task disappeared. The only task left was "It's time to start a new normal life". There was no more prompt after that.Is this a bug?

When you have that task, just go to work and/or the gym for a couple days, then the tasks will update.
