any tips or advice for this game? i want to progress the story but the grind is a bit too much

I do say use Cheat engine, easy to use open game, open cheat engine choice a game use speed hack. In option u can bind any keyboard key to toggle speedhack if need and than toggle it of in normal cases. I used to play like this and skip animation that i already seen.

I got stuck on a quest to defeat the head of a cartel (increase my fame level to 8). In a cafe, I saw a woman dressed as a clown, who later left her costume behind, and was told to visit a circus. However, there is no solution or clue provided. What should I do, and where should I go?

First it is a quest for fame 6 not 8 and second there's a circus you have visit at night right here

Did author add skip button to the game? If not, it is literally unplayable as I remember watching same animations again and again and again and again and again. Like Massage parlor was literally a torture.

Well after going in raid you have to go into one of this mansion.

Version 0.98 and there are so many parts in this game where you get stuck because the next button does not appear at the end of the scene, and your left with restarting the game without saving, losing your progress. Version 0.98...
