I believe the point of NTTS video IS the fact that peoples under 18 can access the server and, if this is the case, I 100% agree with him that this server should be reported and closed.

The big flaw with this argument is that the link could only be found by downloading the game and going to the credits, in which you had to get through multiple 18+ warnings (which obviously means his “source” was just as guilty). You could copy-paste from there, sure, but discord users should have enough common sense to not join random servers from sketch DMs. If there was an unauthorized repost, that’s not their problem either. The server promotes the game because you had to have already known about the game and what kind of game it is to be there.

The Link was INSIDE the game, only available after clicking "Yes, I'm 18 years old or older" on itch.io, I gatekeep all I could and banned any minor who went past it and blocked minors who follow me on twitter each time I find out about one. The SFW server for a NSFW games makes sense, if the users can find and play the game, then they know how to use Google. Makes things easier to moderate.
The fact that NTTS found the server FIRST and the game LAST means that someone sent him the invite manually with little to no context. OH! I almost forgot, to be able to see the channels in the server (for example, the Art channel) you have to read the rules first and react to it... LITERALLY rule nº1 says that you CANT post +18 images on the server, but then he says "Hey, there is no nsfw warning here!" He's either an idiot, or a lying hypocrite.
You can see in the Video's comments that he censored the images because of YouTube, not because it was actual porn.

During the raid, I didn't knew what was going on, just that most of the profiles I was banning for spamming that just joined, had in their profiles "15 y/o" or similar, then I learned that an idiot showed the game and server to +900.000 subscribers on YouTube, filling my itch.io page and discord with ACTUAL MINORS.

Yeah, when I was a horny teenager I played nsfw flash games I found on internet, but I never got invited by an irresponsible adult on YouTube.

The game is 100% legal were I live.
The server is 100% ok with Discord TOS.

You know what's illegal? Defamation.
You know what breaks certain site TOS? Making alleged illegal content easily accessible for everyone on YouTube on purpose.

I WILL continue making this game no matter what, because I know that I'm not doing anything wrong, I don't need to clickbait and do content farming to an audience full of minors and make jokes about sensitive topics on YouTube to make a living. Just making an adult game for adults, end of the story.

It's funny and like other people said. I didn't even know this game existed until NTTS made a video. I watched it and the entire time I was like "I guess it's weird but it's fictional characters so who gives a fuck." I love watching NTTS, but reading all of the comments, from how people didn't even know what the game was until he made the video. To how you had to go through all these things, and how he lied for the sake of content, which is really upsetting on his behalf. It's nice to see the dev bounce back from this. Nobody or nothing usually comes back after a NTTS video, so congrats. I just looked in the files at the disclaimer.... all he had to do was download it and look....

Concerning the ntts video, I was not even aware of who NTTS was until that incident(that said I don't live in the US, so it's not like I'm immersed in the US culture)
