By "less engage" you mean completely skip her content? Or will we still be forced to engage with her content to progress the story? Because honestly she's the only girl I don't care about, and this last update kinda sealed it for me.

Then I suggest you find a different game. As the writer I've always been a Ronnicoln fan so she's not going to vanish suddenly from the game.
The sister fucking will always be primary but Ronnie is an important part of the plot, if you don't like that, oh well, play something else.

And I want to reiterate that. The SISTER FUCKING WILL ALWAYS BE THE PRIMARY FOCUS OF THE GAME.

There are fans, including me, that always wanted Ronnie and Lincoln to get together. This game seeks to make that a possibility. That means Ronnie gets this one chapter as a major focus and then gets later potential involvement if the player pursues it.
But she's not gonna be erased or removed or kicked to the side until she gets her full due
After she gets the chapter to make her case, we'll return to Royal Woods and get back to the Loud family romance.
But this detour is here and not going anywhere.

If we're getting a Ronnie harem... wouldn't it be cool to play as her? Like on one side of the relationship, we have the lincon fucking his sisters, and the other side, Ronnie with her own set (which can also include members of her family) would be cool...and having an option to woo the people of the other's harem like lincon wooing Ronnie's aunt or sid while Ronnie going for Lynn or Lori...

If my opinion on a piece of media were entirely dependent on how I feel about a particular character, then I would probably dislike every single game, book, movie, and series I've ever consumed. I'm not saying I dislike the game. I'm just asking if the game will let us skip or avoid the content that I don't care about and still progress the story.

As a "siblingfucking purist" (+ Rita) I kinda like this move, now I will enjoy some lesbian scenes with Ronnie because her route wasnt interest for me.

Dev i really disappointed with the new update. Hope in the next update made a choice to handle Ronnie ann not just accept oh yeah sure let's threesome
Not yet. I think that's only happening in chapter 4 or later.
