You're missing two Jamie scenes that I have.
1) During the party, stay with Jamie and dance. At the end you'll be drunk and tired, he'll bring you to bed, and you'll be offered a scene in the morning. (You might have to be really drunk, which probably requires drinking when the party starts.)
2) The next day, visit Jamie and Brenden. If you choose to teasingly insult them (you call them peasants, which I honestly didn't like doing) they'll have a bit of a revenge before the landlord arrives.

The other scenes are unknown to me too.

Q for you: how did you get the last scene in that pool? It's completely unfamiliar to me.

yeah I ended up getting the last one while replaying through it (the tickle fight). I did notice that the jack off scene with Jamie then opened up in the gallery (one I had already gotten) but was bugged and showing the tickle fight instead.

Pool scene is part of the bonus content. You have to stick with the girls during the party and get sent the cousin's dick pic
