How are you supposed to find this information? I can't seem to find any clue on how to progress at all. Nothing to click on beside the phone, takarabune and the external disk.

The second to last image requires that you choose dialogue responses that turn Grace on during phone calls.
I didn't write them down, but the text should indicate that she's getting hot and bothered.
IIRC, you need 3 correct dialogue choices to trigger the scene.
Also, here's a list of search terms (case sensitive!). Inputting them before you learn them in game might break things. IDK, proceed at your own risk.

The last file on each disk contains a phone number, call it the clues are tied to the conversations.

1. Enter the disks in the computer and decrypt the files
2. Read the text notes, which it looks diary entries of an alien entity. Take notes of what you remember.
3. Call the numbers and talk. They work as mini tests.
4. Sometimes, open the browser in the computer, then the search engine and look at the terms per conversation.
5. Flash yourself with the camera to trigger memories of the encounters references in the conversation (converts the lo-res photos in gallery photos).
Same situation. The last scene is you being raped by the Library Director, triggered by your possessed self. I wonder if there is a way to convince him you were possessed, find the diary or contact the government. I though the number it shows on screen when receiving the government message would be a phone number or a search item, but no.

It's a pretty sophisticated story-line, a real detective story, even if very small. I'm just wish it had a few extra goodies to flesh it out even more, like looking for Eloise Sanders, or trying to find the diary, visiting the mansion, or investigating the government message or it's agency somehow.
It would be nice if the search terms where high-lighed in the text. Also if the search box was case insensitive, to make it easier to use.
Arkhamsecrets does not load properly in spanish, it says Image 'web_secrets_base' not found. Also until you write a secret it's stuck in a loop. Please have it redirect it to your homepage when you enter a bad or empty guess.
I've answered not 3, but 4 of the dialogues that give me prompts that "Grace feel a stranger warmth in her body." But even then, I still got the same ending (The last gallery photo). Am I missing something?
I think I see the problem. The scene only triggers when playing on Complete Experience difficulty. It triggers after the third disk.

Well, looks like you are playing a test version that duongvipro2000 shared here, so let me explain some of the problems you got with my classic broken English.
The game works more or less like this:
You check disks, play the minigame (or not, in the easy mode) and unlock the scenes. Then you use the phone in the text file of the disk and make the call. You read the conversation, and you take some notes about what they said, trying to get which things could be searchable. After that, you try the Takarabune and you unlock one part of the message.
The complete version have two different ends, to reach the good one you need to discover some words with the story, the good end have no a hentai picture related and it's only to know what happened with Grace.
For that you need to beat the game, resolve the complete message and take the correct choices in the director's last scene.
This is the version for my supporters to test the game, not the steam version.
You are right, the words should be marked in some way to get easy to find in the game, but you can download a instruction booklet where you have the phones and the search terms, so I found this way better to make the game a little bit hard for those who enjoy that, and let all the tips for the PDF. I'm not sure, but I think you could download the PDF without buy the game.
As I said, the Arkhamsecret doesn't work because is the test version.
Also, just for the record, the Arkham secrets are only old scenes from Night Lessons, so if you played NL you lost nothing.

Well, I know you could resume my answers in "it's a test version" "The complete game have no of those issues", I wish to have another thing to say, but it is what it is.
In my patreon and subscribestar I offer a semi-complete test version before the real release to check some problems, but I don't usually fix it.
Also, I'll probably try to make a bundle for the game at some point of december with Amplexus Protocol and this game, so if you don't have it, and you are interested to get it maybe that offer could be nice, IDK.
Just to finish, check my twitter if you like D&D, my next game will be bigger than these and will be like a tabletop role-playing simulator with three new girls.

As other people said, you have some lists of words that oyu can use in the search. Most of them are here in some posts, but the idea is read the story and the webs to try like you are doing an investigation. For example, if you call to the bar, at some point the bartneder says Grace's talked about the Sanders Mansion, one of the things you could check in the Takarabune.
Even with the Jacklary tips, the words are more than those, but probably you could get an end with them.

Those two last pictures should be about the two different ends, one with the director in a table and the other an animation.

You could find the words reading the story, you can't do it in other way than that.

I'm not sure at 100%, but that version probably have no the picture related with that phrase, where Grace bates looking at the screen, is not a problem of the game per se, is just the test version.
That could be, depending on the picture you click, for the version of the game, or maybe some issue with the savefiles from the demo mixing with the new version.
The easymode doesn't allow to get some of the pictures of the game, but it's just that, you should finish the game without problems even with that, but you can't have access to everything.

And the differences are just some images from the other game?

guess I'll stick to this thread in case someone posts a walkthrough.I guess we might be playing different versions of the game then. Only other thing I can possibly think of is also answering all the recollection questions correctly?
