Save up money. Go to the clinic at the mall to get female genitals and breast enlargements. Also, as a semi-random event while working out at the gym someone will offer you "herbal supplements" that over time will cause you to change (slowly).

I fixed that just recently, I didn't even realize it was an issue until the dang update was put out. Turns out I didn't include some css exclusions for the greyimg tag.
To add on to Dreavis -
If you wear female clothes, you'll up your femininity. If you have bad luck triggering the gym scene, you can buy the herbal supplements on your own at the mall pharmacy. Once you get a message about "Maybe I should change my name", you've upped your femininity enough to go get transitioned at the clinic (at the mall)
Cheers.. Game could use a walkthrough, its kinda hard figuring out on your own, what to do.. The game keeps talking about left side bar or something like that. But said bar doesnt exist..

Trans/Trap is both protag and some NPC's, I don't consider this futa. As for NTR I think their is like one cheating scene female girlfriend with another guy and the girlfriend has a preexisting lesbian relationship. While this game may trigger the anti NTR crowd I don't really think of it as an NTR game more dom/sub.
You might like Fresh Starts although that doesn't have NTR.
