Where did you get the game from?
game_en.exe's from DLsite that are AI translations are always giving Virus warnings (and have like 7 hits on Virus total, because the AI they use leaves traces on the exe and that gets detected. They are all false positives tho.
Now because of that reason when I upload an AI TL game from DLsite I unpack the game_en.exe and the detections are gone. Dis is to prevent from report spam
The game is only in English cause of that tho.

Weird the Mega link in the op has no game_en.exe (anymore).
And the exe that is in the folder has no hits.

Thats why I unpacked the exe here. It shouldn't trigger any Antivir anymore. It does overwrite all Japanese files os the game here is only playable in English.
