hm, memory already hazy. but up there is for definitely later.
- did you really defeat all? typically when mission is fulfilled you get evening athmosphere + text like "I should return".
- either way : iirc. return to town (report back): either now on your way back, or next visit/day there should be a special encounter (Ivel) in the 1st map. or are you past that already?
anyways, while you are there, make sure to meet "dog" and help it / find it again (next day) / and again (yet another day).
iirc. supposed order is:
do first map, end day
2nd day, go 1st map again, meet Ivel
3rd day go 2nd map, meet dog, defeat red slimes
4th day go 2nd map again, find dog again (hidden)
5th day go 2nd map again, help dog (open)
mayor's quest: help adventurer in giant-bird mountain (NE corner of 1st map)
after that, you can go south (from 1st map, north from 2nd map still blocked) - don't do this without dog

OK, I replayed the beginning and yes, just go back to town.
choose who to have sex with, next day go back to that 2nd map again and search the dog (evening choose who to have sex with ), and next day again and you should be good.

Best grinding location iirc is the cave labyrinth before the final area. There is even a unique rabbit girl enemy that has a rare chance of dropping good equipment and gives lots of experience upon defeat. Refer to #52 for an in-depth guide for everything else. Not only will it give you a walkthrough, but it will give you some tips and how to use Mercenary, Demon, Cleric, and Warrior. Make sure to cast all the infusions on MC so you can use his special skill. His role is to tank and dps for you.

to add, since someone else had that: bring your amazing ore and (un-equip) weapon to the various blacksmithes (estate: warrior weapon dealer) to get better weapons

The one where she is located in southern alley of city outskirts, and always says she'll come back to you about it later?
(prerequisite: let her escape when raiding the bandits's fort)
That is but a foreshadowing for one outcome of "Female MC" play.
That you can do after you bought a "mysterious sth." from the magic shop, and best after female bandit talked about this mystery quest. You need to be in the city map, and it must be started before defeating sorcerers.
