Click on the "Veteran detective" button in the journal to see quest hints on what to do.

I did it tells where and when and also requires high lust, but still won't trigger, as if lust is 2 high it sends me straight to my room to lose it

Get lust high but not too high too early. It's a game mechanic. How have you come this far without knowing how to manage lust?

I get to bout 50 or 60 then go where it tells me to but there are not there
