do whatever quest you have that isn't on hold, that's what's holding up the rest of your quests. Read your journal it proabably tells you exactly what you need to do, Alcahest has done a really good job. Also read the tips

Bro my temptation is high enough, the few quest that are not on hold aren't progressing. For instance, vivien never accept to fornicate with me no matter what, i already had sex with zara but my sins didn't increase and i got nothing from it, and now am stuck and am currently in day 143

It would be useful to know at what stage of Vivian's quest you are. Since you use the word fornicate, I assume you've already done the holy marriage and gotten Dana's approval.
What, specifically, does the quest log entry say, and have you checked your alchemy book lately?

This is where i am on her quest, i also have some other active quest but none of them seems to progress no matter what, and yeah i always check the alchemy book
So for at least one of the active quests there is a trigger you haven't found. Not sure why you are so focused on this particular one. If you've already done what the hint says a few times, it's probably gated behind progress in some other quest.
Ren'py would be nice, but Alcahest has done such a good job with the interface, even on mobile, that other than initial start up, it's easy enough to overlook it's an HTML game.
