Like changing appearance (hair, bust, etc..) and clothing options
It has to be a game with a story and some gameplay, so nothing like some skyrim mods that only allow sex
Examples:
Wings Of Roldea it has an actual story and a lot of dress and combination
Meltys Quest surely it is a better game than the previous one but the clothes are standardized and I found the story too linear
Mario Is Missing - Peach's Untold Tale the only one that let you chose the apperance and has clothing option, the story is also pretty linear but it has an enormus variety in a lot of micro-substories
Note: I know that there are a lot of games with clothing option and a good story, however I'm searching a great customization and hopefully (but not necessarly) a story that changes in response
