It says "next version" in there, but that just means that one of the updates will include that. As you can see as well, it is clearly marked and from what i've gathered (on the discord) most paths will be optional. If you dont want to see it, dont follow that path.

Some people like it, some don't, the game doesn't have a precise sexuality but touches a little bit on everything so that everyone can find a bit of pleasure in it !
